Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Cook / Chef with expertise in Italian cuisine to join our bakery team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Italian bakery and café items while maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and hygiene.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare Italian bakery and café items such as pizzas, pastas, focaccia, bruschetta, garlic bread, lasagna, calzones, and sauces.
• Assist in preparation of baked items as per bakery standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage ingredient preparation, storage, and inventory.
• Coordinate with bakery and service staff for smooth operations.
• Create and suggest new Italian menu items when required.
• Minimize food wastage and follow standard recipes.
• Requirements:Proven experience as a Cook / Chef specializing in Italian cuisine.
• Knowledge of bakery operations and Italian food preparation.
• Familiarity with ovens, mixers, and bakery/kitchen equipment.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Passion for Italian food and attention to detail.
• Culinary qualification preferred but not mandatory.
