Data Entry Operator

Exhivision Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to support our marketing and exhibition operations team. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data related to exhibitors, visitors, industry contacts, and marketing databases. The role requires good typing speed, accuracy, and basic computer skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain exhibitor, visitor, and industry contact databases.
• Manage and organize large volumes of data in Excel and CRM systems.
• Verify accuracy of data before entering into the system.
• Maintain digital records of company contacts, leads, and industry databases.
• Assist the marketing team with data preparation for email campaigns and telemarketing.
• Perform regular data cleaning, duplication removal, and database updates.
• Prepare reports and lists as required by management.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client data.
