Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Kalyan (Beturkar Pada / Khadakpada)

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales activities for the builder’s project. This includes handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, follow-ups, and closing sales. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with local brokers and expanding the sales network in the Kalyan region.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in clients and incoming leads professionally.
• Conduct site visits and explain project features and benefits.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking.
• Coordinate with local brokers and channel partners to generate leads.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends.
• Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (builder/project sales preferred).
• Strong local broker network in Kalyan and nearby areas is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Good understanding of the local real estate market.
