Profile: HR Manager

Location: Kalyan (Mumbai) | On-site

Role SnapshotWe’re seeking a dynamic, experienced HR professional to lead core HR at Solastaa. You’ll own hiring, culture, compliance, and people growth, while sharing regular updates with management. Success means great employee experiences, strong teams, and compliant operations.


Key Responsiblites

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and close roles on time.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies and other talent sources.
  • Drive structured onboarding and orientation for smooth new-hire experiences.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace; handle employee relations; keep communication open.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with law and best practices.
  • Communicate policy changes clearly and ensure compliance.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Work with managers to create career development plans to support employee growth.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work with management on performance issues and drive improvement plans.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs; keep them competitive.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend updates to compensation and benefits.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and ensure full compliance.
  • Manage documentation for offers, contracts, terminations, and HR processes.
  • Use HR analytics to track trends like turnover and workforce metrics.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management to support decision-making.
  • Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and implement safety measures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve workplace health and safety concerns.
  • Manage the exit process: conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and improve processes.
  • Complete all exit documentation and ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

  • MBA in HR (mandatory)
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
  • At least 2 years in a core HR or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
