  • As per the JD, source & screen the profiles on different job boards.
  • Brief the candidates about the JD and company and share the required details to the candidates.
  • Conduct initial round of interview.
  • Share the relevant interested profiles for shortlisting.
  • Schedule the interviews of the shortlisted candidates
  • Coordinate and take follow-ups.
