Marketing Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager with strong experience in the insurance sector to lead business growth, develop marketing strategies, and drive sales performance. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, building a high-performing sales team, and ensuring revenue targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for life, health, and general insurance products.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through direct and team efforts.

Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or business development executives.

Generate new leads through various channels — corporate tie-ups, digital marketing, events, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure repeat and referral business.

Conduct market analysis to identify potential customer segments and business opportunities.

Implement marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote insurance products and brand visibility.

Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present growth strategies to management.

Ensure all activities comply with IRDAI regulations and internal policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance sales and marketing.

Strong understanding of insurance products, channels, and market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to drive a sales team and achieve business goals.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
