Medical Representative (MR)

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote the services of our Pathology Diagnostic Center. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to generate test referrals and grow business.

• Key Responsibilities: Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare centers to promote pathology diagnostic services.
• Explain test profiles, health packages, pricing, and service benefits.
• Generate and increase test referrals from doctors and healthcare partners.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and new referral sources.
• Conduct regular field visits and follow up consistently.
• Achieve monthly referral and revenue targets.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Prepare daily call reports and submit sales activity updates.
• Coordinate with lab, collection, and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience as a Medical Representative (Pathology/Diagnostic experience preferred).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong convincing and relationship-building ability.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
• Basic knowledge of pathology tests and healthcare services is an advantage.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
