About the Role

Bilivin Education is seeking a passionate and people-oriented Program Advisor to guide

professionals and fresh graduates in making informed decisions about their career growth. This role

is primarily consultative (80%), with a strategic sales component (20%), focused on meaningful

conversations rather than hard selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective learners to understand their career

goals and recommend suitable programs

• Build strong relationships through active listening, trust-building, and personalised advising

• Identify and nurture potential leads through consistent and strategic follow-ups to drive

enrolments

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in CRM

systems

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve the lead-to-enrolment journey

• Stay informed about trends in education, career development, and the custom software

industry

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles (EdTech

experience is a plus)

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for advising are welcome to apply

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills

• Strong consultative mindset with a customer-first approach

• Comfortable working with targets while maintaining empathy and integrity
