Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Actively call potential leads from provided databases to introduce our real estate projects.
• Site Visit Coordination: Persuade interested leads to visit our project sites for a physical walkthrough—converting "phone interest" into "in-person engagement."
• Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discovery with clients to understand their specific requirements (e.g., BHK preferences, amenities, locality) and financial boundaries.
• Strategic Pitching: Expertly present and pitch property options that align specifically with the client’s budget and lifestyle needs.
• Relationship Management: Maintain a consistent follow-up pipeline with leads who have visited the site but are yet to make a decision.
• Reporting: Update the CRM daily with call logs, lead status, and feedback from site visits to ensure data accuracy.
