Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive

revenue, and ensure closure of property deals. The candidate will be responsible for

managing end-to-end sales operations, team performance, and achieving business targets.


�� Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management

 Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives

 Assign targets and monitor individual/team performance

 Conduct regular training, reviews, and performance evaluations

2. Sales & Closures

 Handle high-value clients and support team in closing deals

 Drive site visits, negotiations, and bookings

 Ensure maximum conversion from leads to closures

3. Target Achievement

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

 Plan and execute sales strategies to drive revenue

 Track pipeline and forecast business accurately

4. Coordination & Strategy

 Work closely with pre-sales and sourcing teams

 Develop sales plans and campaigns to boost performance

 Analyse market trends and competitor activities

5. Reporting & MIS

 Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance data

 Share regular updates with senior management
