Job Description

Job Overview:We are hiring KYC Verification Executives to handle customer identity verification and documentation review for banking and financial processes. The role involves checking customer details, validating documents, and ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines. Candidates with good communication skills and a keen eye for detail are ideal. Freshers can also apply.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound/receive inbound calls to verify customer identity and collect required KYC information.
  • Review and validate documents such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, address proof, and other KYC-related documents.
  • Ensure all customer details are accurate and meet compliance standards.
  • Update verification results and customer information in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments or customers for missing or incorrect documents.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and follow all regulatory and company compliance guidelines.
  • Meet daily and weekly verification targets while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills (English/Hindi or regional language).
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work on CRM/software tools.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to follow verification procedures and compliance policies.
  • Customer-handling skills and professional attitude.
  • Freshers or candidates from customer service/BPO backgrounds are welcome.
