Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to lead floor operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will supervise service staff, coordinate with kitchen teams, and maintain high service standards to deliver a memorable dining experience.
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations
- Welcome guests and ensure timely seating and service
- Take orders accurately and ensure proper food & beverage delivery
- Monitor service quality and resolve guest complaints professionally
- Train, guide, and motivate wait staff and stewards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow
- Ensure hygiene, grooming, and SOP compliance on the floor
- Handle billing, table turnover, and basic cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup at all times
- Assist management with shift planning and inventory feedback
