• 🔸 Key ResponsibilitiesCustomers ko warmly greet karna aur unki requirement ko samajhna.
• Gold, diamond, silver jewellery ka product knowledge maintain karna aur customers ko correct information dena.
• Store me available designs ko present karna aur customers ko selection me assist karna.
• Daily sales targets achieve karna aur upselling / cross-selling karna.
• Billing process me support karna (weight check, making charges, purity explanation).
• Stock handling, display arrangement aur showroom cleanliness maintain karna.
• Customer queries, exchange/return policy aur EMI / scheme ki details explain karna.
• Strong follow-ups aur repeat customers ka relation build karna.
• 🔸 Skills & RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi/Marathi required, English preferred).
• Jewellery ka basic knowledge ho toh plus point, training provided.
• Pleasant personality and customer-oriented behaviour.
• Fast learner, active, honest, and responsible.
