Job Title: Sales Executive – Membership Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, promoting club memberships, and converting prospects into members. The role involves field activities, customer engagement, presentations, and achieving membership sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote club memberships through social events, society visits, and promotional activities.
• Generate leads through cross tie-ups, partnerships, referrals, and barter opportunities.
• Identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities.
• Conduct club presentations for walk-in members and explain membership plans and benefits.
• Make outbound calls to leads and confirm appointments for club visits or presentations.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into membership sales.
• Prepare pre-sales proposals and provide necessary information to prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.
• Coordinate with reporting manager for deal closure and member onboarding process.
• Schedule and facilitate interaction meetings with senior management after membership confirmation.
• Maintain cordial relationships with members to build long-term engagement.
• Support management in promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities.
