Senior Site Engineer

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Required (Male Candidates only) :

• Worked in construction industry with experience in site work from start till finishing.

• Minimum work experience 7-10 years as site engineer

• Handled sites independently

• Civil Engineer (BE with 7-10 yrs)

• Diploma with minimum 15 yrs experience

• Thorough knowledge of RCC Plaster

• Thorough knowledge of Finishing of Building / Residential & Commercial

• Profound in Billing and measurements

• Proactive, results-driven and resourceful.

• Go getter attitude and read to execute any job assigned

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong in Organizing, Informing and Process Management.

• Able to work well with all levels of the organization

• Good Communication skills (Verbal & Written in fluent Marathi & English)

• IT systems savvy would be an advantage

• Should be able to handle site work and be stationed at assigned sites

• Excel, Word knowledge would be an advantage

DESIRED:

• Have worked in the construction industry or firm with diversified industries / business activities, covering broad spectrum of operations general administration functions / responsibilities. 

MAJOR ROLE:

• Hands on and manage all aspects of development of a project and work assigned as required basis. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Support the company policies, goals and objectives.

• Complies with Corporate Policies and Procedures requirements.  

• Responsible for speed, flexibility and reliability of assigned work

• To ensure execute work assigned, which shall include responsibilities of an Admin Liaison /Jr Officer

• Perform any other tasks as and when assigned

• Will be responsible for operations and development of the assigned project or work.

• Operations in development of projects

• Assist in procurement activities

• Site and Office work

• Any work assigned

• Nil. Will be communicated after assignment
