Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensure work is completed on time, and maintain quality and safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily on-site activities and manage workers/labor teams
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and specifications
• Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management
• Maintain quality standards and ensure proper execution of work
• Ensure safety guidelines and site regulations are strictly followed
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors
• Manage material usage and ensure availability at site
• Handle basic site documentation and reporting
• Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
• Good knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
