Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Design rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems based on site conditions and client requirements.
- Prepare system layouts, single line diagrams (SLD), and electrical drawings.
- Perform load analysis, system sizing, and generation calculations.
- Conduct shadow analysis and performance estimation.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, project execution, and procurement teams.
- Ensure designs comply with MNRE, DISCOM, and electrical safety standards.
- Provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
- Review site survey data and develop optimized solar system layouts.
- Use design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVsyst, or Helioscope.
