Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader for our team of recruiters to oversee our recruitment operations, manage client relationships, and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance work environment.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance, ensuring recruitment KPIs and targets are consistently met.
• Training & Development: Conduct training sessions and provide continuous guidance to enhance the skills of junior recruiters.
• Process Optimization: Streamline recruitment workflows, improve efficiency, and resolve any escalated issues.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide timely reports to clients and management.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• At least 2 years’ experience as Team Leader in recruitment industry is required and total 5 years of working experience is required.   
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
