Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to contact potential and existing customers over the phone, promote products or services, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and/or handle inbound sales calls
• Explain products or services clearly to customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information
• Follow up with potential customers to close deals
• Handle customer objections professionally
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends

Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
• Basic computer knowledge
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work under pressure
