Telecaller

Exhivision Media Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to support our exhibition sales and marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential exhibitors and visitors, promoting our exhibitions, generating leads, and maintaining client databases. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and a target oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential exhibitors, industry professionals, and visitors.
• Promote company exhibitions, events, and marketing opportunities.
• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Explain exhibition benefits, stall participation details, and visitor registration.
• Maintain and update client databases in Excel or CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates.
• Assist in email marketing and visitor promotion campaigns.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and industry contacts.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English communication.
• Good listening and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and internet usage.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Strong follow up and persuasion skills.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Diploma or certification in sales, marketing, or computer applications is preferred.

Experience

• 0 to 2 years experience in telecalling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
