Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Telesales Executive to contact potential customers over the phone, promote products or services, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers

Explain products or services clearly and effectively

Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships

Update customer information and call records in CRM systems

Handle customer objections and queries professionally

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or Telecaller (preferred)

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

Graduate / 12th pass (as applicable)

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B / B2C telesales

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Multilingual communication skills (added advantage)
