Store Manager

Job Description for retail shop – Manager.

1. Store Operations:

• Oversee day to day store operations, maintain smooth workflow and adhere to company policies.
• Follow replenishments cycle and manage vendors for timely buying. Co-ordinate with marketing team/category team for finalisation of items to be sold.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, order supplies, and ensure products are well stocked and displayed on racks.
• Manage and maintain the daily checklist to ensure SOPs and daily chores.
• Monitor store maintenance and cleanliness standards.

2. Sales and Customer Service:

• Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring the store meets or exceeds performance goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing complaints and resolving issues on the spot to give seamless store experience.
• Train staff on sales techniques and other best practices.
• Work with team for various deals of the day to increase the sales.

3. Staff Management:

• Supervise store staff including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks.
• Manage Cash counter, handle cash on daily basis and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement staff development programme.
