Telecaller

We are looking for a confident Telecaller to handle customer calls and generate sales leads.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle incoming inquiries professionally
• Explain products, offers & pricing clearly
• Follow up with leads and convert into sales
• Maintain call records and customer data

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Confidence in speaking and convincing customers
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in telecalling/sales preferred
