Job Title:

LAP / MLAP Sales Manager / Team Leader

Company: Avani Consulting (Hiring for Leading Housing Finance Company)

Job Location:

• LAP: Indiranagar (Bengaluru), Mysuru
• MLAP: Rajajinagar, Jayanagar, Kanakapura (Bengaluru)

CTC:

• LAP: Up to 5 LPA
• MLAP: Up to 4 LPA

Role Type: Direct Sales / Field Sales

Industry: Housing Finance / NBFC / BFSI

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Managers to achieve LAP/MLAP sales targets.
• Provide regular training, coaching, and performance support to ensure team productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, real estate agents, brokers, DSAs, and channel partners for lead generation.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and tie-ups to expand market reach and customer base.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor sales performance metrics such as volume, revenue, conversion ratio, and acquisition cost; prepare MIS and reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in LAP / MLAP / Home Loan Sales
• Strong team handling and channel management skills
• Good communication and customer relationship skills
• BFSI / Housing Finance / NBFC background preferred
