Site Engineer

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety norms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Site Execution & Supervision, Supervise civil construction activities as per approved drawings and plans
• Ensure work execution meets quality standards and project timelines
• Coordinate daily site activities with contractors and subcontractors
• Quality Control Monitor workmanship and material quality at site
• Ensure compliance with structural, architectural, and safety standards
• Conduct inspections and rectify deviations immediately
• Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules
• Update management on site progress and challenges
• Material & Resource Management Plan and monitor material requirements and usage
• Ensure proper storage and minimize wastage
• Coordinate manpower allocation at site
• Safety & Compliance Enforce safety norms and site discipline
• Ensure compliance with statutory and local authority regulations
• Maintain site records and checklists
• Measurement & Billing Support Take site measurements and support contractor billing
• Verify quantities as per BOQ and drawings
• Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and MEP coordination
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Qualifications & Experience:Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2–6 years of experience in residential or mixed-use real estate projects
• Experience in apartment/villa construction preferred
