Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Preschool Centre Head to lead our preschool centre in Kancheepuram. The Centre Head will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure high-quality education delivery, and maintain a safe, engaging environment for children aged 1.5-6 years.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of teachers and support staff.
• Develop and implement policies in line with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Curriculum and Education:
• Ensure effective delivery of the preschool curriculum, aligning with early childhood education standards.
• Monitor and evaluate teaching methodologies to promote holistic child development.
• Organize workshops and training for staff to enhance teaching skills.
• Parent and Community Engagement:
• Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication, meetings, and events.
• Address parental concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Promote the preschool’s vision and values within the community to drive enrollments.
• Administrative Duties:
• Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with state and national regulations for preschools.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, staff performance, and centre activities.
• Safety and Well-being, Social Media Handling
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly environment at all times.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: As per Industry Standard.As per Experience.
