Job Title: Business Development Executive – Revisit / Pickup / Service / Dispatch (Warehouse Operations)

CTC: ₹24,500 per month

Job Location: Chennai, Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Coimbatore, Tirupur

Job Description: We are hiring Field Executives for a Revisit & Warehouse Operations process. The role involves revisiting assigned leads, picking up deactivated or error devices (Sound box/POS), dispatching them to the warehouse for service, and re-installing devices after service.

• Key Responsibilities: Receive leads from the BDE team and select nearby leads for revisit and activation.
• Visit merchant locations to check deactivated or error Sound box/POS devices.
• Pick up faulty/deactivated devices from merchants.
• Dispatch collected devices to the warehouse for servicing.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for service status.
• Revisit merchants to re-install and activate devices after service.
• Maintain proper records of pickup, dispatch, and re-installation.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned daily visits and tasks.
• Handle basic merchant queries during visits in a professional manner.
• Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
• Must be comfortable with field work and warehouse coordination
• Basic smartphone usage (for lead tracking and updates)
• Two-wheeler preferred (if applicable)
• Good communication skills
• Salary & Benefits:₹24,500 CTC per month
• Fixed salary + performance-based incentives (if applicable)
