Job Description
- Customer Service: Warmly greet guests, explain menu items, take orders, answer questions, and resolve complaints.
- Beverage/Food Prep: Prepare coffee (espresso, drip), teas, and other drinks; serve pastries, sandwiches, etc., following recipes and quality standards.
- Operations: Operate cash registers, handle payments (cash/card), restock supplies (beans, milk, cups).
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep work areas, equipment (espresso machines, grinders), and dining spaces clean and sanitized; empty trash.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues, maintain smooth operations, and support management.
