Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

Experience : 8 Years - 10 Years

Location: Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu

Industry: Preferably in garment manufacturing textile, apparel, FMCG sectors, retail.

Role Overview:

Nayak Weaves, a leading fabric and garment manufacturer based in Kanchipuram, the Digital Marketing Lead will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, boost sales across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Research reports on current demands, movement of products, market demand.

· Create Marketing strategy for branding and promotions.

· Manage social media presence, create strong content for digital storytelling and showcase product design, craftsmanship, and quality.

· Collaborate with production and design teams to plan product launches and exhibitions.

· Oversee photoshoots (pre and postproduction ), catalog creation, and ad content for online and retail promotion.

· Plan and drive online marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and marketplaces (company website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

· Develop influencer collaborations, festive campaigns, and promotional creatives aligned with brand tone.

· Performance marketing - monitor campaign analytics, website traffic, and conversion improvement metrics that drive revenue.

· Manage brand collaterals, signage, and event participation for trade fairs or retail promotions.

· Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly marketing reports and budgets.

· Research reports on new product development, market trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or related field (MBA preferred).

· Strong understanding of textile or fashion retail marketing.

· Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and Canva/Adobe Suite.

· Experience in coordinating printing, exhibition, and offline marketing vendors.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
