Field Collection Executive

Field Collection Executive (Bike Mandoatory)

Visit customers for EMI collection and repayment follow-ups.

Ensure timely recovery as per company guidelines.

Maintain proper field reports and daily visit logs.

Coordinate with the collection team for updates and escalations.

Handle customer queries related to payments.

Ensure professional communication and customer handling.

Manage assigned cases and meet monthly recovery targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field collections (preferred in NBFC / Payday loan industry).

Must be comfortable with extensive field work.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Should have an Android smartphone.

Local area knowledge is mandatory.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
