Field Sales Executive

Core Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.

Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealers, OEMs, and end-users to ensure repeat business.

Technical Consultation: Conduct on-site visits to assess hydraulic system requirements and provide tailored technical proposals or quotations.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and price negotiation to order closure and cash collection.

Dealer Network Expansion: Appoint and develop new dealers to increase market reach within an assigned territory.

Reporting & Strategy: Use CRM tools to track sales data, forecast revenue, and contribute to overall sales strategy

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of hydraulic products, including braided and spiral hoses, fittings, and adapters.
• Experience: Most roles require 2–5 years of experience in the hydraulic or industrial hose industry.
• Travel: A high willingness to travel is essential, often involving 15–20 days of field visits per month.
