Job Title: Relationship Manager – BFSI Industry

Education: Graduation Mandatory

Experience: Minimum 6 months to –3 years in BFSI / Banking / Financial Services preferred

Job Summary:We are hiring a Relationship Manager for the BFSI industry to manage and grow customer relationships, generate business, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for handling client portfolios and offering suitable financial products and services.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Promote banking / financial products such as loans, insurance, investments, etc.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Acquire new customers through field visits and referrals.
• Provide financial advice based on customer needs.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients for service and cross-selling.
• Requirements:Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Local candidates from Kanchipuram preferred.
