Identifying Unsafe Act and

Unsafe condition and report it to concerned for rectification

Conducting workplace

inspection including equipment

Incident management, support

to conduct incident investigation

Support the site team to

inspect on fire fighting Equipments

Conducting toolbox talks &

safety trainings to the workers

7

Ensuring the Permit to work

system is followed without any deviation

Conduct risk assessment and

propose control measures to mitigate the risk

9

Ensure the ERP are updated and

conduct drills as per the plan

10

Verifying and ensuring safe

work procedure as per MSDS in case of hazardous goods handling

Conduct safety induction to

new workers.

Preparing safety committee

deck prior to the meeting and preparing minutes after the meeting

Maintaining IMS documents up

to date

15

Coordinating with functional

leaders to close the identified proposed actions on time

16

Any other tasks related to HSE

assigned by the site management
