• Monitor opening and closing procedures

• Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed
• Prevent stock loss, damage, or theft
• Conduct regular stock audits
• Sales & Customer Service

• Achieve sales targets and increase store profitability
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Staff Supervision

• Supervise and train store staff
• Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
• Motivate employees to improve performance
• Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain sales and expense reports
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management
• Ensure proper billing and cash handling
