Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive Sales – Field to promote and sell Pointo Lithium Battery products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving sales targets through field activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new customers, dealers, and distributors in the assigned area
• Promote Pointo Lithium Battery products to retailers, OEMs, workshops, and commercial clients
• Conduct regular market visits and field sales activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support
• Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the reporting manager
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-ups
• Represent the company professionally in the market
• Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in field sales (battery, automotive, EV, or electrical industry preferred)
• Two-wheeler (bike) mandatory with valid driving license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Local market knowledge of Kalyani and nearby areas preferred
• Preferred SkillsExperience in Lithium Battery, Inverter, Automotive, or EV products
