Operational Oversight: Manage daily production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure machinery (e.g., granulators, compression machines, coating pans) is operating at peak efficiency.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You are the first line of defense in preventing cross-contamination and batch failures.

Documentation: Review and sign off on Batch Production Records (BPR) and ensure meticulous record-keeping for audit readiness (FDA, EMA, etc.).

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of operators and technicians. You are responsible for shift handovers and resolving personnel issues.

Health & Safety: Enforce strict EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols, ensuring the use of PPE and the safe handling of chemical ingredients.

Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the production line and implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste.
