Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Experience

• Manage daily operations across multiple vacation properties.
• Conduct inspections, resolve guest escalations, and ensure quality service.

Team Leadership

• Lead and train 15–20+ staff members.
• Run daily briefings, assign tasks, and coach teams for performance.

Sales & Demand Support

• Partner with sales teams to drive occupancy.
• Support lead generation, site visits, and customer conversions.

Vendor & Cost Management

• Onboard and manage vendors for housekeeping, groceries, etc.
• Negotiate rates, control expenses, and improve profitability.

Business Insights

• Track revenue, expenses, and P&L.
• Use guest feedback and data to improve performance.
