We need portfolio-level commercial control, experience consistency, and infrastructure discipline.
This role exists to ensure multiple resorts operate as a controlled, profitable, and experience-led cluster — not as isolated properties.
Your mandate is clear:
Own revenue, occupancy, ARR, and profitability across the cluster
Stabilize seasonality-driven volatility
Ensure consistent guest experience across remote resorts
Protect infrastructure and asset condition
Drive accountability among Resort Managers
Contain escalations before they impact brand
This is not a visiting role. It is portfolio ownership.

What you will be responsible for
Drive Cluster-Level Commercial Ownership
- Track daily occupancy and revenue across resorts
- Monitor ARR and margin performance
- Identify underperforming properties early
- Push corrective actions during lean periods
- Align pricing strategy with demand realities
- Balance performance across the portfolio
Govern Guest Experience Across Remote Resorts
- Conduct structured property audits
- Review guest feedback trends cluster-wide
- Ensure service consistency across locations
- Monitor ambience, upkeep, and resort vibe
- Prevent experience dilution in remote properties
Protect Assets & Infrastructure Readiness
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules
- Track infrastructure risks (water, electricity, connectivity)
- Ensure vendor reliability in remote locations
- Prevent asset deterioration
- Maintain infrastructure readiness year-round
Lead Seasonality Strategy & Demand Stabilization
- Plan manpower for peak seasons
- Control costs during lean months
- Drive local partnerships for mid-week demand
- Align promotional efforts with demand cycles
- Forecast booking pace ahead of seasonal shifts
Lead Property Heads & Accountability Culture
- Conduct structured performance reviews
- Set clear occupancy and service targets
- Coach underperforming properties
- Build second-line leadership
- Maintain consistent discipline across locations
Stabilize Escalations & Crisis Situations
- Respond quickly to serious incidents
- Communicate clearly with HO and leadership
- Contain guest dissatisfaction promptly
- Conduct structured post-incident reviews
- Implement corrective structural fixes
Coordinate Cross-Functionally & Manage Local Ecosystems
- Maintain transparent reporting to HO
- Align cluster execution with central campaigns
- Flag risks early
- Build strong local vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance across geographies

- Predictable cluster-level revenue performance

- Balanced performance across resorts

Experience we value
