We are hiring for Retail Sales folks for Kerala location.

Sugarfit:

Founded in 2021, Sugarfit provides a “Personalized evidence-based path to Type 2 and Pre-Diabetes Reversal & management”. Sugarfit leverages a precision health platform combining CGM sensors, Machine Learning, and Medical Science to improve human metabolic health and reverse chronic disease through precision nutrition, progressive fitness and behavioral health advice. We are backed by Cure.fit, Tanglin Venture Partners and Endiya Partners with $20M + with various rounds of funding.

Language: Excellent in Malayalam(Kerala) 

Location: Kerala (Kannur)

Stipend: INR 20k/month(Fixed) + Flat 5% incentive on every product sale value

Timings: 6 Day working. (Saturday and Sunday mandatory working. Week-off on Tuesday / Wednesday)

Requirement Duration: Minimum 3 months (Full time role to be offered based on performance).

Good with monitoring/evaluating the customer requirements/needs

Innovative mindset;

able to come up with creative solutions & implement new ideas to pitch and drive sales

Are “people-persons”, have excellent interpersonal skills and a good understanding of customer service/sales

Able to drive awareness across customers on sugarfit & Active Foods

Focus on cross-sell and up-sell users to drive higher revenue for Active Foods portfolio of sugarfit

Understanding customer requirements and pitch respective categories accordingly.
