Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant who can manage day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally, and Excel, along with the ability to handle analytical and technical responsibilities related to orders, documentation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Handle GST & TDS calculations, entries, and compliance
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders (P.O.), invoices, and order-related documentation
• Maintain and reconcile financial records, ledgers, and statements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports
• Manage Excel-based data, including formulas, sheets, and reconciliation
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of payment-related activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for order and payment tracking
• Maintain accuracy, documentation, and compliance in all accounting tasks

Requirements:-

• Proven experience as an Accountant
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & accounting rules
• Proficiency in Tally ERP
• Good command over Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Basic formulas, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple accounting tasks independently
• Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills
• Must be active, responsible, and detail-oriented
