Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts)

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance

Handle billing, invoicing, and reconciliation

Maintain ledgers and perform bank reconciliations

Assist in payroll calculation and expense management

Support in preparing financial reports for management

Coordinate with auditors during internal/external audits

Use Tally / Excel / ERP software for accounting work

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent)

Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Busy / Zoho Books / Excel

Familiar with GST, TDS, and accounting principles

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in small business accounting

Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)

Local language proficiency (Hindi/English)
