1. Role Purpose: Mobilize and stabilize local drivers into disciplined clusters aligned for Metro last mile connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage local drivers / youth

• Explain earning model and discipline expectations

• Support onboarding documentation and compliance

• Form accountable driver clusters

• First point of contact for driver issues

• Maintain clean driver records

KRAs – First 90 Days:

• Minimum 10 L5 drivers onboarded per city

• Zero fake or incomplete records

• Regular driver meetings conducted

• Low churn in first 90 days

• Smooth Samiti transition

CHALAK–MĀLIK

2, BRIDGE RESPONSIBILITY (KEY) Both roles are jointly responsible to:

• Act as bridge to empower drivers (Chalak) to become asset owners (Mālik) by working for UP Metro Rail Corporation

• Bring candidates through local outreach and small meetings

• Participate in driver awareness and orientation sessions

• Build trust and discipline on ground
