CRM Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team and strengthen our customer engagement and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, executing targeted campaigns, and ensuring a seamless communication experience across channels like Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and design teams to plan and execute CRM campaigns that enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business. You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing customer databases, segmenting audiences based on behavior and preferences, and implementing personalized communication strategies.

The role also involves analyzing campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and continuously optimizing campaigns for better results. You will also be responsible for managing CRM workflows and ensuring smooth execution of automated and manual campaigns.

A strong understanding of customer lifecycle, digital marketing funnels, and data-driven decision-making is essential for this role. The candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, along with a creative approach to engagement strategies. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis is important.
