Customer Support Executive

Hi all,

Dear candidates we are hiring for Customer Service Advisor role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Eligibility criteria:

• Undergraduates/10+3 or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer support role for min 6 months is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills [Verbal & Written] and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging customers
• Only candidates from Kanpur and UP state can apply.
• Willing to work in rotational 24*7 shifts with any one week off
• Max age to apply is below 40 years
• Should have own system and good broadband connection to work without any hassle
