GFE is looking for an experienced and motivated Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our Export & Import services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to close leads over calls while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and explain GFE’s Export & Import services

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills

Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally

Good listening skills and customer-focused approach

Time management and self-discipline for remote work

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email handling)

Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Female

Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of sales experience (tele sales preferred)

Education: Any graduate / undergraduate (sales experience mandatory)

Must have own laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 (In-hand)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives (additional earnings)
