Facilitator

ZED Facilitators support the implementation of the MSME Sustainable (ZED) Certification Scheme by guiding MSMEs through the assessment and certification process. Their work includes onboarding enterprises, conducting awareness sessions, collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating with QCI assessors, ensuring compliance with scheme guidelines, and helping MSMEs understand sustainability, quality, and process-improvement requirements. They act as the operational link between MSMEs and QCI, ensuring smooth execution, accurate data submission, and timely completion of certification activities.
