Inventory Management Executive

To manage raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory efficiently, ensuring accurate stock records, minimal wastage, and optimal working capital utilization.

Key Responsibilities1. Raw Material Control

• Maintain real-time stock register (physical + Excel)

• Track inward and outward movement

• Monitor batch-wise inventory

• Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) implementation

2. Production Coordination

• Issue material against production requisition

• Reconcile actual consumption vs standard consumption

• Highlight variance in raw material usage

3. Finished Goods Management

• Maintain SKU-wise stock

• Monitor slow-moving / dead stock

• Coordinate dispatch as per sales requirement

4. Reconciliation & Reporting

• Weekly stock reconciliation

• Monthly physical stock audit

• Report shortages / excess immediately

• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) & material issue slips

5. Cost & Efficiency Monitoring

• Track wastage %

• Identify overstocking

• Maintain minimum–maximum stock levels

Required Skills• Strong Excel knowledge (mandatory)

• Experience in manufacturing inventory management

• Understanding of batch control

• Knowledge of FIFO

• Basic accounting understanding

• Detail-oriented and disciplined

Experience2–5 years in stores / inventory in FMCG / pharma / manufacturing
