Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled MIS Executive with expertise in Advanced Excel and Inventory Management. The ideal candidate will manage daily inventory data, generate MIS reports, track stock levels, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.

• Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management:

• Maintain and update inventory records in Excel and ERP systems.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for inventory reconciliation.
• Conduct physical inventory audits and update records accordingly.
• MIS Reporting:
• 
  
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inventory, sales, and stock movement.
• Automate reports using Excel tools such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros, and Power Query.
• Prepare dashboards to present KPIs and inventory performance metrics.
• Data Analysis:

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and suggest improvements.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management.
• Compliance and Security:

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting for internal and external audits.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organizational data.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in MIS reporting and inventory management.
• Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).
• Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho Inventory).
