Job Description
- Job Title: NPA Collection Manager – 3-Wheeler Finance
- Educational Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience- 5+ years of experience in collections/recoveries in a leadership role managing multi-region portfolios.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Banking or NBFC background only.
- Job Description-
- Design and implement national strategies for NPA recovery, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and risk management policies.
- Manage and lead a team of Collection Executives and Managers by setting clear performance targets and providing continuous training and guidance.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the recovery team across regions to ensure timely and effective recovery of overdue loans.
- Oversee and support complex customer interactions and negotiations while maintaining a customer-centric approach in recovering overdue payments.
- Provide regular reports on collection progress to senior management, including insights on portfolio performance, strategy effectiveness, and potential risks.
- Conduct regular training programs for the collection team to enhance their skills in customer negotiation, compliance, field management, and efficient recovery techniques.
- Monitor and improve agency performance, field visits, and skip tracing activities to maximize recoveries from NPA customers.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical recovery practices.
- Coordinate with legal and repossession teams for recovery of high-risk or chronic NPA accounts related to 3-wheeler loans.
- Analyze collection trends, bucket movement, and team productivity to drive continuous improvement.
