Position: Front Desk Executive/ Relationship Executive/ Receptionist–

Job timings 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Industry: Restaurant / Hospitality

Location: Vijay Nagar, Kanpur

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling customers to collect feedback post dining experience
• Handling customer concerns politely and professionally.
• Maintaining accurate feedback and call records.
• Coordinating with restaurant operations team for service improvement
• Supporting customer retention and relationship-building initiatives

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English)
• Polite and customer-centric approach
• Strong listening and complaint-handling skills
• Basic understanding of restaurant service standards
• Data recording and follow-up skills
• Basic computer knowledge
